What other application beside Adobe Distiller convert Quark EPS files to PDF files and makes them into a reasonable file size.
Perferrably an application that is OSX compatable.
I've tried PS, but it makes huge file.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

i dont know, but i was thinking the exact same thing on saturday. for some reason my mac wont make pdfs from quark now i've moved to a newer mac. grrr.

Well, I'm using Quark 6.0 and using Adobe Distiller 5.0. The Distiller keeps giving me font error messages.

InDesign CS makes great PDF's in any color space.

Distiller should still work fine - are all your fonts properly installed with suitcase?

just print from quark.. mac os x by default makes pdfs. well not by default. hit print, then preivew. save as. then their is your pdf
