i hate this time of year... it's so commercial everywhere so i just want to escape. Thinking about spending this christmas alone. Just hope i don't end up throwing myself off the bridge and get saved by stupid angel on crusade to get his wings :P

shit Joosep you need some of the xmas spirit...I too ahte the commercialisation and marketing of xmas...but it's the time of year when the whole family comes together...and I love it...

i'm so excited about this year because for the first time in my life i'm escaping the family christmas and i'll be in baja california for xmas and new year with mrs mirola, our embrio, some friends and a couple of margharitas.

My mother is tired of christmas, said she isn't bothered to make presents - which i really understand bacause out of 3 sons i'm only one who has bit of respect and only one who wants to give her and her husband presents. Others are egoistic idiots.
If it would be up to me i'd just spend christmas with mother... just to talk, exchange gifts.
But i doubt of this happening
Anyway i lost my spirit when i turned 16 or so :P and that was 5 years ago. But i'm glad to those who can enjoy and who have someone to spend their christmas with.

Me and my buddies have a little tradition - we have to -steal- the christmas tree every year, each one of us gets our own, in a public park downtown (there are hundreds, so it's not like it's noticable)
It's really funny running out of there with trees we've chopped ourselves when it's strictly illegal. We once had an angry mob of senior citizens with sharp umbrellas after us.
We're such criminals. >:)

but be careful with senior citizens with sharp umbrellas. They are so unpredicteable. Once when i was in bus sitting and without even asking if i could let one senior citizen to sit, she just started to poke me with her umbrelle. And it wasn't very nice
