I couldnt find the original thread on the Heavy-Backpack and England clothing rip. Anyway i got a reply off Brooke, he said,
"I stole the template from heavy backpack... I hate html, java, you name it any thing to do with web design makes me sick... but, boy that heavy backpack site is nice so I "borrowed" it from them...

We've just had a similar experience where i work (see Rip post in PB) and got this brilliant response:

i have to admit, i have a hard time holding much against him. he's not a designer, doesn't desire to be one. ripped the site, admitted it. admitted it on his own website even, and then listed other things he's stolen, including, but not limited to the plan to rip another website.
