Pop up maddness

  I am working on two flash sites, and each one needs a popup window to display the swf, Pretty simple BUT when inserting the correct width and size of the window on my mac, the window is too big, I accomodate this by subtracting 15px BUT then on a PC the window is TOO small and to make it worse, checked on someone elses Mac and it was also small.

  WHAT AM I DOING WRONG!!!!
