Actionscript Data Loss

  Has anyone come across any known issues concerning the loss of actionscript data between saving a .fla file and then re-opening the same file later.

  I've been working on a flash application that is very script-intensive. I test the output file periodically to make sure all the code is working. This is fine.

  What i'm finding now is that if i save the .fla file and close it. The next time i open the .fla and test the movie, it doesn't work. I then have to go through every block of actionscript looking for errors and the result is always a couple of lines of script will be missing here and there - causing the movie not to function properly.

  I'm using Flash MX2004.
