Im just trying to get the project out :) i need $$ for components the download is free if you could help make a donation i don't care the amount anything that will help get me the components i need to make the writing function of the application...Windows iPod users get a well designed application when its all done...I mean you do get to browse your iPod DB exactly like the iPod exactly.

Right now you can browse your iPod DB exactly like using the iPod firmware. You can search the DB you can navigate easily using the Path navigator that tells you where you are in the DB it has Unicode support aswell so you ID3 tags can be in any language its a free download to try, i think the browsing is much more easier and faster better designed then iTunes cause you have nothing new to learn you browse exaclty like the iPod does with extra functions so its like a DB browser on steroids. We do want to get the Writing part of the application done so its more usefull. But we need some donations for components we need.

you will be able to mount the iPod and a Drive List will apear to choose your iPod but thats once we get components for the writing feature right now you have to press Load DB and open the File iTunesDB on your HD then you can browse your iPod

jevad cause this is a better way to browse your iPod its a better design just use it you will see exactly like browsing the iPod firmware plus with the path navigation its easy to tell where you are and easy to get back to prev parts of teh DB its like bread crums for websites

;) what you talking about? soon you will be able to write to the ipod but this is the best way to browse your iPod DB its same as using the iPod thats like saying the iPod firmware browse design sucks...plus the path navigator come one talk about DB browser on steroids.

i have a windows ipod and i can write to it already... I dont see the benifit tho, maybe im just tired, but i cant. and i have too much drinking to do this christmas so my donation will have to wait. sorry

it wouldn't let me open the iTunes 4 Music Library data file. it says 'hdfm (C:Program FilesBorlandDelphi7ProjectsProgr... line 781). and when i try to open the ipod one it just says MZ0.

no way did u open the iTunesDB file on your iPod dunno anything about iTunes. well looks like writing will have to wait got no donations cant get a treelistview for tag edit managements. support free software would yeah :)
