multiple lines in Illy, rotate a little and you're ready.

Blend tool in Illy

yep, its a tool in ilustrator (blend tool) that goes from one line to another making the additional ones in between.
looks like theyve done a few, overlaid them and then applied a gradient fill of colours to each.
