okay there is a local Calgary, Canada company....
and here is a few of their sites in their portfolio. Each of these clients listed below has paid Globi upwards of $2000 for an original design, so what the f**k...

totally agree! they obviously sell these as templates to the client so not a rip at all...not very creative though
if people buy 'em then why not sell them

seems to me that all of those sites are for a subsidiary of holiday inns...
maybe they were asked to create a generic template for all their business, as they may have a backend ordering system that cannot change.
just a thought.

I still think your missing the point.
We had to do something for a company in the UK and they said whatever we design had to be the same template across all the subsidiary sites, as they arent going to ammend the backend asp 10 times.
I think thats what you are looking at there.
