has any one used this before?? why is it so cheap???

i've got probably a dozen sites with them between my stuff and my clients. never had a massive downtime (maybe reboot time, thats it), no hidden charges, and it always runs fast.
$5 a month isn't really unheard of, a lot of hosting people are that cheap these days.
