nav appears on left on mouse over and not under nav points like IE

thanks for the quick help so far. I forgot to mention, the links don't work yet. I'm mostly concerned about positioning of the drop downs.

the submenus do not appear under the proper links...when i hovered over a button the submenu was to the right about 75 - 100 pixels...if you move fast enough you can get to it but it looks broken...
