Can the pixel lines, such as this site, be accomlished entirely in Flash or is this done in PS or something else first?
Would like any tips on how to get this bitmap/pixel look...

almost looks like it was done in a cad program and then imported in.
if you scale the flash movie, the lines don't change...
i dunno...

the reason the lines look like that is because the movie quality is low. And its most likely done in flash.

you can do it in MS Paint.

take MS Paint and make a drawing, scribble marks whatever. I'm sure some WACOM device can be used to control any windows app. Scribble/Scrabble, Ctrl+Alt+PrintScreen, paste in PS, import into Flash. Boom! :)

Is there any way to test a movie using the low setting? Otherwise I have to export or publish the it and then view it..
Maybe I am still confused!?
