nice, i like it. clean and simple.
only two things disturbing my eye, the "choose a project" that follows the cursor has blurry text and the grey box has some blurry edges. I just happen to detect blurry things fairly easily i guess.

the way that 'choose project' follows my mouse is inelegant tho. and quite annoying.

I like it -- simple and the transitional effects are great.
I would put your full name in the "Contact" section since branding is key for a portfolio site where you're trying to sell yourself to potential employers/clients.
Also update the title tags in the HTML -- it still says "Web Design Portfolio November 2002"
Hope to hear your opinion on my site check...I'll post it here soon :)

Nice and clean. I like the section where you introduce yourself. Its like an ink blot test, only better. I'd work with you. You don't seem like you'd be a punk. So I can only surmise any art director would not only think your work is top knotch, but you're easy to get along with and thus very hire-able.

your dislike of alarm clocks = punctuality issues.
