  does anyone know what the standard gutter is for the inside margin of a magazine that is perfect bound? i want to have text going across my 2 page layout and i need to know how much space to leave in the middle to make it readable

  its "2 mm" in Denmark, but I've no clue whether its any different in the US or not.
