Anyone done any sites to UK WAG's?

So basically, in accordance with the 1995 Discrimination Act, any website that is offering a 'service' (airline flights, supermarket delieveris etc) is compelled, by law, to ensure that their site is web accessible for the disabled?

all splash-pages must have a wheelchair slope.

I got a right slating last week because a site I had design for some architects wasn't accessible. It wasn't this forum by the way.

fact is... it's alright for the people on the site, most of them just have css blog sites... but deffo worth looking into.

architects? I fail to see how it's relevant there.....
