Well. I made an image:
And it looks all fine and dandy on my little lappy screen. But when I take it to my Brand New CRT, it's gray. Real Gray. Example:
Now I tested this same image across 3 CRT's of different makes models and ages and they show the right said of compare.jpg.
BUT I NEED TO DOUBLE CHECK! I need the truth! The Matrix has me!
Scale of 0-10, how much blue

0=no blue visible
10=big ol' blue squareThanks for the help

I think your laptop is funar'd :-)
I get the same as your CRT, lots of white, very light blue/silver tones.
HTH :-)

I don't see any blue (it's got a lot of green in it, like a teal color) but it's mainly grey, nothing like the screen shot you posted with your lappy.

laptops are kinda weak seeing color. they are not as good as crts yet. especially with black.
crts have a "true" black. meanwhile pas have a dark cool grey. like number 8 or 9 on the grey scale
