anyone have any links to design and development jobs around Los Angeles besides craigslist and monster?

aquent.com has some work. There is a small procedure to get on the list, but i know people that have gotten decent jobs there.
I got mine from craigslist, but it took about 10 emails a day for around 3 months.
even then, i only got 2 interviews.TR1
