  i have burned one and it works fine in my car.

  is it an old player?

  my other car has an old deck and doesnt play half of my (non itunes) burned discs.

  I'm playing it through a car stereo... A 2000, CD players aren't that dated yet, are they? Could it be iTunes sneaky encoding?
