anyone know of other good recording software programs for recording sound from any app?
im using Audio Hijack to record from itunes but it has a 10 min limit

erm. how about you pay for audio hijack? i confirm its a great app, dont have any qualms about coughing up. also, why do you need to record from itunes... guess it could be radio...

for ripping streams on osx i've been using radiolover. works great.

yup u got it on the button globeriding, radio streams, and we have a itunes network here

the recordings I get from it seem to sound different, lower in quality, and the vocals are always quieter in the recording, u never had this prob? perhaps it is because im recording from itunes

well, i havent really recorded that great quality streams to be honest... they were from realplayer when groovetech.com was still alive and well :(
anways, i cant say i noticed any particular lack of quality, but as they werent shit hot to begin with then who knows.good luck with finding something- i am gonna go investigate the itunes radio streams now, always kinda dismissed them

i just love the fact that because im on a Network, everyone connected with itunes on their machine (mac & PC now I guess) has their playlists available for listening.
at the moment their are 16 people connected
great for tryin out new moosik at work
