It's interesting, you see many paint artists use techniques and steal different aspects of things, yet we in the web world find it to be a rip. Just a thought.

When you click on a section with the scrolling nav it does look like a rip, not a bad rip by any strecth but a rip all the same.
I doubt Mr Davis is losing any work to them but I guess that's not the point.
