I was about to type 28 Days Later, but I had the luck of seeing the ass ending.
I've only seen three movies this year: 28 Days Later, Kill Bill and Matrix Revolutions.
So my vote goes with... Kill Bill.

Identity was pretty good, but not movie of the year.
28 days later was relleased last year but it is fantastic.
City of God was fuckin brilliant.
Kill Bill was amazing but i dont know if it gets movie of the year.
