Well I guess you'll need the recipe then...
http://www.ilovepasta.org/recipeā¦the site is: http://www.ilovepasta.org
some great recipes on there.
and I agree, pasta is great. might make you fat but there's an endless variety of ways you can make it.
I'm starting to branch out but I have a recipe of a way I make pasta, enough to eat for a week.1 1/2 lbs bowtie pasta
1 package ground spicey italian sausage
1/2 chopped onion
1 container fresh mushrooms, sliced
sun dried tomatoes, boiled and chopped.
1 jar tomato based spaghetti sauce.
seasoning: some kind of finely chopped italian mix of herbs, etc.
garlic powder.
fresh, finely grated asiago or parmessan cheese.it should be pretty obvious, with the exception being rolling meatballs-roll all of them in a mix of the seasoning and some garlic powder. make about the size of a shooter marble. Cook until they're done.
mushrooms & onions, cook on low heat in some olive oil. season as desired.
heat the sauce.
sun dried tomatoes-makes all the difference. cook according to the package instructions and chop w/a knife.mix all together, don't use all the sauce if it will be too overpowering of a taste.
This will all cost you about $12 and you can eat off it for a week.
enjoy :)
