basically exactly what that geocities page said...
he got a great deal on a 900mHz with "buy now", and like a jackass, he sent money via western union. the flood of emails, from this buyer stopped coming in completely, as soon as the loot cleared.

if you contact them they will give you some BS that the Pbooks wre recieved from some auction or tax evasion scam, they will ask you to send money western union to Rome or someplace in Europe....
where the funds dont need to be signed for thus untracable
