You guys remember in Karate Kid 1 when Ralph Machio found Mr. Miagi's medals from war and gave them back to him for his birthday, only in a cute frame... pfffffft!! What the hell was that?... wouldn't have impressed me.

i'd say that's pretty far up on my list Paasci. Most bizzare for me was when I watched Bruce Almighty in a cinema in Dubai. They cut out every reference to god in the movie (including every scene with Morgan Freeman!) Needless to say the plot seemed pretty fucking obscure....

Yeah they showed that, they don't really have problems with soft sex stuff like that...Its just the religious references they can't handle! Boy was I confused when I left the theatre...

oh man. it is usual in germany and some citys in swizz that they synchronize or subtitle the original language... so they turn asshole into idiot. and imagine how many of the jokes just disappear of the language. ali g in german was the baddest i ever saw.

haha, yeah they do that over here...sometimes people say stuff when their lips are shut...just like old kung fu films. They always substitute the swear words with really lame insults. 'Lose you man!'

You want obscure moments? Just watched 'The Fury' last night. So bad, things just happen and the ending makes fuck all sense. In one part Kirk Douglas breaks into an apartment in his underwear and demands clothes. He then tries up the owners of the apartment except for their elderly mother who makes him sandwiches and gives him a bag of cookies to take with him when he's leaving. Oh, the film is a horror, not a comedy.
Gimmie 'Scanners' any day.
