Design For Print! Book?

  Im a screen based designer ( at the best of times) but I wanted to gain some knowledge of print.

  So far I know that a document to be printed must be in CMYK format, AND THATS IT!

  Are there any books around or on the net that teach/guide you when designing to print>??? like info on bleeds, 2-colour etc different cmyk values for different printed inks......anything and everything about how to design correctly for print.........

  please could u help us out Nt-ers.
