just wondering if theres a way of getting my text next to my icons on my desktop, not below, i want to achieve something like this:

looks like that is a HTML wallpaper done in flash . it could be styleXP or windowblinds. or both. ask the person who has it how they did it. other than that i know of no way to customize the icons in windows.

yeah im gonna have to go with 3rd party software on this one. except maybe if you just make the oncs like 8x8px instead of 24x24px. but most likely 3rd party. ask sarith on deviantart

did you look on www.idiocase.com he uses a program to do that not an html wallpaper. use to customize my windows machine like crazy, but found it came up with to many problems. so i bought a mac. ha ha :)
