stop blur in Illustrator

  A lotof illustrator questions now, but I've been wondering for this for a long time now.

  When I apply guassian blur to something, and make a new object, it gets blured automatically. How can I make it "not blured" ? The way I do it now is to exit the program, and go in again. That sucks ;)

  You mean when using Effects or Styles? Try Clear Apperance or Reduce to basic Apperance in the Apperance palet

  Go to...

  Window--->Show Appearance

  Click on an object and you'll see it's properties in the 'Appearance' window. You can then drag'n'delete what ever properties that object has.
