Flash Training DVDs

  I'm looking for some Flash training DVDs and found a few(CDs)but I want to hear from you guys that may have watched some.

  I had some old ones from this short haired asexual brunette, that were pretty good. but I can't remember her name.

  I want to get ba ck into it again, it's been awhile since I sat down and focused on it.

  Any recommendations would be much appreciated.
