It was one of three(?) short movies done by the Sci-Fi channel a while ago.
I think it was to promote 'UFO' week or sumthing.

Sci Fi Happens is a pretty intense idea.
They blow it hard with the electric one though. A bunch of inconstistencies, the UFO one is the best.
