Yeah, so I have this quark file (4 page brochure 4"x8") and it's 24MB.
Any ideas on why this QXD got so fat?Mac

You pictures are jpg's instead of Tif or EPS?

your image previews are probably not set as low as they could be in the prefs. also, try to make photos as small as possible.. if something is 600 megs, and youre using it at like 10%, the preview will be huge.
ummm..
and try thumbnail dragging to a new doc, maybe its just mystery crap.

We were using jpg's for the rough layout... I don't think we'll be doing that again.
mystery crap is cool, but ring of fire is the cooolest...
