I thought this thread was about WHAT to do in SF, not WHO to do.
Ok, you guys, lets drop all the gay stuff and get back to being real.

Hopefully this is open during your visit. Highly recommended.
Also, if you get chance, drive down to Cupertino and visit the Apple corporate campus. They have a corporate store where you can purchase a bunch of things with the Apple logo on it.

hey, pen15 - dude, what are you, like 12? your spelling and grammar are some of the worst i've seen anywhere. and then your logic is mindbogglingly simple.
or maybe i should take a step back from this and try to think of a way i can put this that you will understand.... okay, how's this:
omg, u r suhc a st00pid fukin l0zer. whta kind of fukin id10t fukkin baks up a dude that bashes on fags?
eh, fuck it, that's not really my scene. neither is this, for that matter, and from what i've seen of the mentality of some of the folk here, it never will be. thank god for private messageboards.
peace. and hey, buddylee - hope you get over your girl, man - i know what it's like to hurt because of a breakup. be careful not to take out your pain by lashing out in random directions. keep your head about you, kid. it'll come together.

walk up bernal hill and get high...go to ~28th and mission, eat a burrito at taquiera cancun...take a strole through noe valley...go cafe/bar hopping around 16th and valencia...walk/hop on the bus to the haight...go to the cafe across from milk and check out the tweekers...wander around gg park...then camp:
south->
drive to san jose and breath in the suck/drive highway1 for nice scenery and fried fish guts...look for the abandoned lighthouse...go to santa cruz and check out the sketchy boardwalk...ride the wooden coaster...go to monterrey and check out the wicked aquarium/sea otters...after that drive to big sur, camp, smoke spliffs, and eat beans.north->
drive on the bridge and checkout the tourists...go to stinson beach and club some harbor seals...go to muir woods and look for big slugs...go north like 3/4 hours and set up camp on a cliff over the ocean.

Telegraph Hill? I forgit. I miss that damned town. But if I stayed, it would've destroyed me. Its great to be a glutton in SF. You'll love it. Don't be a dumbass and forget your camera, hell, the freeway underpasses are worth taking pictures of, around Townsend/Brannan, 16th streets. See the homeless encampments. And give Mayor Willie Brown the birdie while you're there. Special-Interest mother eff.

maybe coit tower is what your thinking of?
you could always go over to sea cliff and stalk robin williams and sharon stone.
then go down ocean beach and and look for cheech and chris issac.

best thing to do once you decide that san francisco can be wack as hell after a while is hit the scenic highway 1, spark it up, and check the wonders on the side of the road
