Design Chapel illustration

  Hey NT

  I have a (maybe stupid) question for you. I'm trying to make an illustration from a photo like the design chapel...and I'm following the tutorial that is written in the last computer arts pag. 40.

  I have to do the following in photoshop:

  make different adjustments layers on top of the photo, to see all different combinations of shadows and lights. Do a couple of layers with curves; two lighter (100/150), one with (50/150) and one dark curve layers (150/100)...

  ok, now I'm not that great in photoshop, so can anyone tell me what to do to get that?

  if u save the image as a gif in photoshops 'save for web' option, you can slect how many coours you want in the image.....select however many u want so that it lookes decent,

  then, off to illustrator to path it all out....and that shades have already been done for you so its basically a tracing job..try it anyway..
