qbert - grab a copy of photostitch - throw the images in that and see how good a job it does - may not be perfect because the pics are all tilted angled, but this software does wonders with merging images like this.

you said its pixelated? I think you still dont have it at highest size.. its HUGE>>>>
open it up in Photoshop. and zoom into 100 percent.
no pixelation..
