hi. do you guys know the people that stand around london with a stick and a poster slapped on it, directing people off the busy streets to restaurants, sales, or similar? is that something you see only in london or in other uk cities as well?

the bigger the city the louder the noise the harder it is to get heard. bill posting is everywhere. "mobile bill posting" is too in the noisy places......MASSIVE GOLF SALE!!!------>
haven't seen one of those dodgy fixed auction electrical clearance things on oxford st. for a while tho. or maybe i'm not paying attention.

As far as I know it's pretty ineffective... only works when they can find someone that will work for pennies to do it for 6 hours. I consider this job 1 step behind flipp'n macD's burgers.
