Hey how can you delete something from the trash can that says it cant be deleted because it is in use??

man, that happend to me not a long time ago.... get cocktail software, that should do it, it worked for me

reboot, or use the RM command in terminal

quit all your software...or restart will do...

man... I can't remember exactly, but it is either you hold-down option and then click empy trash, or you hold-down commandkey and they click empty trash. That forces the trash to empty items in use. That usually that happens when you trash fonts.
