me too, but that's bad they say. A good breakfast and a light lunch and dinner with no food after 7 PM is the way to go.

my anti hangover remedy, and i can tell you when i have a hangover its really bad, feeling super lousy, slamming headache, shivering hands etc.
ockay here we go:
drink minimum half a liter of water
eat a banana
take a shower, brush your teeth
take two aspirins before you go to bedthat is if youre still able to perform these actions mentioned above

Ive heard that dissolving 2 solpadine in water, then pouring said mixture into a watermelon then leaving the watermelon all night in a fridge and eating it at yuor leasure the next day is a good method.
Dunno if it works but I love watermelon. Gotta try it sometime.
