not a job for a designer, but possibly someone on PV-AN would be interested/qualified:
There is a job opening within my group and I want to send the word out
in case any of you know of a potential candidate. Please forward this
message to anyone you feel would be interested. We're looking to start
interviewing over the next few weeks.Do you know anyone who would be interested in a public relations (some
marketing) job for one of the Big 3 (subcontracted through G-2 as i am)?
Fun job for media savvy young person who has good writing ability/people
skills. 30-50 days of travel per calendar year. Attending a few
motorsport competitions where (said Big 3 company) spends money -- some
NASCAR, IRL, NHRA, sports car endurance, etc events. Pay is negotiable
but in 40-50K range. Automotive/motorsport experience/enthusiasm not
first priority but certainly helps. Must have good media interfacing
skills and be a self starter; no fear of presentation-giving. Emphasis
on placing business stories within the non-automotive press. Small
agency feel with corporate sense of scale. Achieve a jet-setting
lifestyle tempered with midwestern sensibilities. Must know how to write
in complete sentences unlike this paragraph.Location: The D. Office is loft office space in Birmingham, MI, parking
included, with frequent meetings / attendance at (said Big 3 company)'s
