Try joke shops, they got that stuff. Or costume shops. There's a bunch online, but most are in the Uk.
Check the yellow pages, there's gotta be one in your area.

ahh yes the old pillow trick.
I had the whole office fooled for 5 months with that little bad boy.
thankfully "Junior" was out in cinemas, and people were a little more accepting of a large man giving birth.
