Is ther any other programs, besides Microsoft PowerPoint that can open and run Power Point Presentations (.ppt format)?

Keynote on the Mac is pretty decent, lots more options that powerpoint, smoother animations, and you can export the presentations to quicktime, although really large they look great

there are software applications that will allow you to import Powerpoint presentations and sync them up with bot Video and Flash. For example, Macromedia Breeze, Sonic Foundry MediaSite Live, Slidecentric and Tegrity. I use three of these are work actually for distance edu.

BTW, I hate Powerpoint, even using DirectX and shit makes it still suck. Macromedia Breeze converts Powerpoint actions into multimedia-based motions. Not a bad tool to be honest, but it will run your org ~25K.
