I need to upload a file in ASCII mode via FTP. Oh yeah, and I run Mac OSX. Anyone got leads on a program that will do this? So far, Transmit and Captain FTP are binary-only kinda dudes. And Fetch has permanently disallowed me from any more trial versions...

in Transmit on the menu bar:
Transfer -> Mode -> ASCII

perhaps buy a new computer and install your fetch trial version on that?

just use ftp from terminal.

Transmit, Interarchy, all of these can do ascii. You can just set it on 'Auto' anyway.
