Things to note:
1) There will be no top or left margin (well there will but only a 5px white line)
2) The diagonal lines to the right will cover all unused space
3) There will be drop downs (well, slide outs really!) from the main top left menu, as well as the section specific links under the photos
As always, would love to hear your comments/suggestions.
Thanks!

ooooo-k
got any suggestions for it or you just want to leave it at that?

not diggin' the drop shadow on the logo, what about images for the nav buttons, i don't think the HTML text is doing justice to calling out that those are buttons, definately kill the pixel fonts on the footer

same as your body maybe...

looking good...
you have some 3 different typefaces in the text, title, bottom, menu... I don't think the pixel you could make the onefonts go along with that design...

Ahhh jevad, nice work, I forgot about you, the former Hong Kongite. Sweet!

once a hong konger - always a hong konger man! It gets in your blood...and you never really feel at home until you are back there...

I'd make the top section bigger.

Me too. Maybe you could narrow the menu and set the logowidth = menuwidth? I dunno, maybe that just messes things up.
I'm also not sure about the overlaid photos (the yellow skies don't look so good through a beige mist). Are the stripes in their CVI? Otherwise I'd replace them with a nice, hong-kongian pattern. Otherwise it looks neat&sweet.
