Yo 3D guys out there, I'm trouble shooting this card I bought refurbished. New machine too so I'm now sure wether it's the card or my new machine.
Question, this card has a little cooling fan. It's not spinning. Is this normal, or the fan will spin only at a certain temperature?

the fan should always be spinning. it's broken.
