everytime I sync my ipod with my address book, it duplicated all my addresses.... is there a way to set it that the address book onmy comp overwrites the addresses on my iPod?

yep..but not with an iPod. It should give you choices at first sync to overwite/merge or whatever...

erase the address book info on ipod and resynch, making sure that u set your prefs in isynch to synch between devices.

there is no option to over-write...ARRGHHHH

open ipod from desktop, open contacts folder, delete files.
