illustrator web colours?

  Hi,

  Why are the web safe colours arranged in such a wacky way in Illustrator 10?

  Is there a way to arrange them like in dreamweaver or flash by hue or similar colour?

  Also is there a web hues swatch like Photoshop 7? I've search around and can't find one any where?

  Any help would be much appreciated.
