a Pagani Zonda Convertible, Koenigsegg CC8S and a McLaren F1 would round out my fantasy car stable. Oh and the new Carrerra GT. the porsche is rumored to have done 7:36 on the Nürnburgring but Walter Röhrl said the car could possibly due 7:30. "I doubt we could do much quicker than that."
ford gt would have a quick lap time, but i dont think it would be record breaking.
BMW M3 CSL is overpriced. absurd.

thats funny sexypixel.some cars do become blacklisted to some due to stereotypes.
sad fact though, since there's 300hp in that little box. And all wheel drive... makes you wish you had snow every day.

I am a huge honda and subaru fan.
cars that last, have good looks and have everything from race ready to grandma cars.

ya, its a beast. won a heap of wrc championships. In general subaru cars are pretty plain but that broke the mold

ah yes, the R32. its nice. but price is absurd. 28k. that before adding tax/tag/title and ins!
looked at one a few weeks ago.
i will say that the clutch is far better than in the jetta, but doeasn't seem to be as hardcore as the older model GTI's .
still, too much money for that thing and it barely seats 4.
and what the hell is up with the lancer evo's? geez, they blew it with the evo8. hideous looking car. i'd prefer the evo6 or even the 7. both will bite at the heals of the M3.

hey, dont piss on my dream.
but yes, it is a little overpriced, especially when the new golf is due out shortly. Almost makes it look likethey are milking ever last drop out of the mark 4 golf conveyer belt, but we cant blame them for that. but as far as hot hatches go, Im vw golf all the way. the rabit was my favourite.

I want to see the R32 competing with the WRX.
I love the old rabbits and GTIs. Can't believe it took VW sooo long to bust out a serious rally competitor.

CAR or EVO actually ran an issue with a GTI, Peugot, WRX, Civic Type R and the Focus SVT.
they seemed to like th ford all around, the style of the vw and the power of the wrx. said the type r was nice too especially considering it was the only one in the group that was naturally aspirated and keeping pace with all the force fed cars. damn i love hondas!
in any event, new GTI is booboo. .don't know what they were thinking. http://www.evo.co.uk there is a recent (albeit, brief) article of it here.
