printing crops to page tiling

i'm printing to Adobe Distiller an A0 sized file (about 46"x33")directly from illustrator, and the friggin pdf file keeps cropping the page to the page tiling area delimited in illustrator, eventho i disabled it.. or more like 'hide it from view'.
any way to work around this? thanks a TON

use custom page size in page setup and define the printer margins yourself.
hiding the tiling is like hiding guides, it does not affect printing.

i defined my page as one big 46"x33" already and set the printer margines to zero, and i still get the same error - the page crop in a very weird way: the image is pushed up, left, cutting out the top of the image. i tried all sorts of variations to rid of this problem, its driving me nuts

Check the setting of your job option; my guess is that you need to turn on 'Allow Postscript settings to override PDF settings' (under Advanced)
