  Does anybody else think that the service, say the phone company gave our parents, must have been dreamy to the "servicing" they give to our generation?

  I think the service industry is dying, any examples of a provider in any mass medium realm giving good service?

  I wish let me transfer you to our "service" department didn't mean, bend over.
