I have this collegue at work that works on a PC and he manages to make shapes directly from Illustrator with a simple copy-paste ( when he pastes in PS, it asks if you want a shape). On mac, it doesnt ask for anything, it justs places it on the canvas and once you've sized it youre screwed with the size youve chosen :(
anyone have a clue how to make a shape on MAC?

Try turning AICB on in Preferences (in Illy): Edit > Preference > Files & Clipboard. Check AICB and choose Preserve Paths

ok, since that question has been answered, let me ask one.. is there any way in PS7 to import an eps as a path? (:
