ok, this is really strange. my computer will not A. download .pls files period. anytime i either download or force downlaod the .pls file, it just sits there and does nothing. i'm running OS X 10.2.6, i've also found it strange that my other computer running 9.2 will also do the same thing. however, i tested the same .pls files on a PC and they download fine.
it's not an iTunes problem, cause it's correctly associated with .pls files, they're just not downloading, ever.
what is going on?

i've figured it has to be some weird mac network problem where the isp isn't allowing that file to be downloaded
