Watercolour Site

I've been trying to remember the url of a site I saw recently.
I think it's a personal portfolio and it looks like it's all done on watercolour paper. There's a wee mouse effect when you rollover an image where the arrow looks like it's gliding over water.
I want to see the mouse effet again - but really it's just annoying me that I can't find the site. I've been back about 20 previous pages here and on k10k with no luck.

i will now want to meet my grandfather again , is it not annoying too when no bodies can help it. he would be strong in the heart to seem me ride i think
