http://www.attik.comJust posted on k10 is the de.MO site. I slapped that puppy in a new window, and then it hit me. If you have already checked out ATTIK's site, then you'll know what I mean. I don't think I have to explain any further.
I just can't do it. I can't appreciate the site (or any) if they've been so closely "inspired" by another, well established and/or well known site.
I don't know, what do you think?

i think a lot of designers do it because they think nobody will ever notice. the fact is... its not for the designers who will notice anyway.. its for their clients.. and they'll never know the difference.

i do think they share a similar nav, but that about the extent of it. there are "types" of navigation out there and it is very easy to asume that neither did this first.
i will comment that attik didnt pull it off as well. infact there are some serious usabilty problems.
